EGO Chocolat opens the doors of its high pastry workshop to adults and children: a unique experience to create, with your own hands, a custom chocolate bar to take home and enjoy with people you love.

In the private room, the Maîtres Chocolatier EGO will tell you the secrets about chocolate world, where it is born, where it comes from and how it works. A real chocolate lesson from the unmistakable flavor Made in Italy. There will be a tasting session to help you taste and appreciate the quality of craftsmanship, beginning to understand what’s best for your personality.

Finally you will have the unique opportunity to create your own chocolate tablet, personalizing it according to your taste and drawing as on a picture with all the dried fruits and ingredients available.

You will be immersed in a unique atmosphere that will combine all 5 senses.

The experience is suitable for small groups, friends and families or for couples, who want to have unforgettable and exclusive moments.

From January, in the evenings you will be able to book a chocolate wine tasting experience, to know the best distillates from all over the world and to taste it with our products.

About the Insiders

Anna Lenoci: I come from a family of famous confectioners in the city of Milan. I wanted to put the chocolate industry in the family business, which has always inspired me. So I created the brand: EGO CHOCOLAT MILANO
Our products are exported all over the world as a sign of quality and Made in Italy and we distribute our chocolates in the best restaurants and hotels in Milan, working with renowned chefs.

The image of chocolate and diamonds, with which we close our packaging, has now become the symbol of EGO.

Barbara Romagnolo: I am the Maîtres Chocolatier EGO. My passion has been with me for a long time and I worked with the best chocolate chefs, learning the best techniques of the great masters. I attended the best high-class pastry schools with specialization in the chocolate industry in Italy and I look forward to welcoming you in my world.

The Location

The history of the Lulinis, pastry chefs for generations, began in the early decades of the last century. Before opening a real hand-made confectionery, home-made ice creams were sold on the streets of the province of Mantua using traditional pedal carts. In the late fifties, Silvano, the more enterprising of the two Lulini brothers, attracted by different work experiences at the prestigious Alemagna, led him to eventually settle in Pisa. At the pastry shop, Salza, he studied in collaboration with a well-known Tuscan pasta company. From which, they developed a recipe that would allow to produce bread and pasta with no protein ingredients, for people with special dietary problems such as celiac disease. The ambition to become a pastry landmark in Milan and most importantly in Italy, turned into a reality with the opening of the ‘Piave’ Pastry Shop, a popular meeting point for the posh neighborhoods in the seventies and eighties. Today’s laboratory, the Antica Pasticceria Lulini, produces sweet pastries crafted with high quality ingredients in the center of Milan, to continue the rich, historical tradition of the family. Among our clients we can boast names such as: Salvatore Ferragamo, Autogrill Catering, Il circolo del Giardino, the British and Austrian consulates in Italy, Benetton, Fiera Milano, Dior, Microsoft, Oracle, Comune di Milano.

    Ho acquistato questa esperienza un pò per gioco e perchè adoro il cioccolato. Devo essere sincera, è stata una gran sorpresa e ha soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative! Ma soprattutto ho apprezzato l’utilizzo di materie prime di primissima qualità (un cioccolato così non l’avevo mai assaggiato!!) e l’organizzazione è stata impeccabile! Consigliatissima.

    Esperienza plurisensoriale. Tutto inizia con l’inebriante aroma di cacao e termina con la creazione di una fantastica tavoletta di cioccolato personalizzata grazie agli insegnamenti dei maestri pasticceri.
    Giornata unica e gustosissima !
