  • We recommend that you register and create an account so that you can access your order directly on our GLIX website and our App, anytime, anywhere; and also receive various offers.

  • You book the experience online and Pay GLIX for the booking through credit card, Stripe or PayPal. GLIX is not responsible for any booking or payment outside of the GLIX Website or App.

  • GLIX organizes tours in many languages. Make sure to double-check the language that the tour is offered in.

  • Contact us at ask@glix.info. We will try to help you and suggest a solution at the earliest.

  • Contact the Fashion Insider on the GLIX App or send an email to ask@glix.info. There is no guarantee that you will be able to join your tour on a later departure, as they may be fully booked. Please allow sufficient time, whenever possible, to reach the departure point in time for your tour.

  • Not all Tours/experiences are exchangeable after confirmation, and some products may carry cancellation penalties. This can be checked by re-reading the cancellation policy in the experience. Please contact GLIX via email at ask@glix.info, including the details of your existing booking, plus the details of the new dates you wish to change to. Not all requests will be able to be fulfilled, however GLIX will do everything we can to ensure you get the dates you wish.

  • It may be possible to amend your reservation, however this depends upon the type of amendment required and is at the discretion of the Fashion Insider. Contact GLIX specific details of your amendment, and we will be able to advise if the change/amendment is possible after consulting with Fashion Insider in question. Please select your tour carefully, as not all Fashion Insiders will accept changes/amendments once you have received confirmation of your reservation.

  • Our cancellation/refund policy varies according to the terms of our Fashion Insiders, attractions, and tours; and can be accessed through the website. We do our best to accommodate our guests, but being a middle-man, we must conform to our Fashion Insider’s policies.

  • If you have an activity-specific question, you can ask the Fashion Insider offering the tour through our chat service on GLIX App . If not, our FAQs will offer you most answers you need. You can contact us at ask@glix.info if you have any doubts.

  • GLIX experiences can only be booked online. It is recommended you pre book your experience to avoid disappointment as many of the GLIX tours are popular, and can be sold out early.

  • While extremely rare, should a Fashion Insider need to cancel an experience or event, you will be notified as soon as the cancellation is reported. You’ll be refunded in full or we will try to arrange another experience for you of the same kind. We will reach out to you to determine rebooking options that may work for you.

  • To book an exclusive tour (either One-on-One or for small group), when selecting the number of people for the tour, enter the maximum number of people suggested. The tour automatically becomes exclusive and you will get the confirmation on your email.
